Friendship Day celebrations take place on the first Sunday in August every year. The tradition of dedicating a day in honor of friends began in US in 1935. Gradually the festival gained popularity and today Friendship Day is celebrated in many countries.
Dig through your stash, select a design that makes you think "Friendship", get comfortable in your favorite stitching chair, and stitch an exchange gift for a stitching friend in honor National Friendship Day.
